The Higher You Go, the Less Truth You Hear
Leaders rarely get honest feedback, and the more senior they are, the less of it reaches them. Without it, blind spots quietly become how the whole team operates:
❌ Feedback softened until it means nothing
❌ Strengths overused until they become problems
❌ Teams that stop speaking up
❌ Good people who leave without saying why
❌ Development budgets spent on training no one applies
Two Proven Instruments. One Honest Picture.
We use two research-backed assessments, chosen for what your leaders actually need. That’s why we built our Leadership Development program around them:
● Leadership Circle Profile® 360: anonymous feedback from the people who work with a leader every day
● LINC Personality Profiler: built on the Big Five, showing how a person works, what drives them and where they’re strongest
● A full debrief: because the report is not the product. The conversation is.

How We Run It
Set the Ground
Two sessions to prepare: what the assessment is, what it isn’t, who gives feedback, and what to do with what arrives. No one walks into their results cold.
Honest Input, Protected
Leaders complete the LINC Personality Profiler and, for the 360, invite the colleagues who see them lead. Feedback is anonymous, which is the only reason it’s honest.
The Debrief
An unhurried, one-on-one debrief. Not a walkthrough of the graph, but a structured conversation about the story behind it and a development plan the leader owns.
See Your Leadership the Way Others Experience It
A 360 isn’t a survey. It’s fifteen people telling a leader the truth at the same time, and most leaders read the two hardest comments and remember nothing else. That’s the risk, and it’s why the report is not the product. The debrief is.
We use the Leadership Circle Profile® to show senior leaders how their strengths and habits land with the people around them, and we stay with them while they make sense of it.
Know Your People, Not Just Their Job Titles
The LINC Personality Profiler looks at three things: character (how a person likes to work), motives (what drives them) and competences (what they’re good at).
Built on the Big Five, the best-researched model in personality psychology, it gives managers practical, day-to-day insight into working style, leadership and communication, written in plain, appreciative language.
Build Teams That Work With Their Differences
With a LINC Team Check, each person’s profile rolls up into a team view, shown only at the group level. Teams can see:
● Where their strengths sit
● Where friction is likely to come from
● How they can best support the strategy
We use it for team development, onboarding new leaders and organizational change, so differences become an advantage instead of a source of conflict.
